- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Was referred by my dentist whom I adore and respect for 30+ years. Renovo is great once you get in the door to see and speak with the docs however the place is very understaffed at the phones with no follow up communication...never available when you try to call during standard business hours?!?! I'm in the middle of a tooth implant process and feel the need to finish up and move on...wonder if this is the way it usually goes. I would have never gone with Renovo had I known of the poor service; its tremendously frustrating knowing this is an elected procedure and an "out of pocket" expense. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I DREADED this appointment! I have had 2 root canals, both which were horrific experiences. Nightmares! This was my 3rd root canal and the second I left Dr. Wongs office I wanted to write a review on my great, pain-free experience. I figured it would be a good idea to wait though, since sometimes everything is great and then hours later you are in dreadful pain. This was not the case. I barely even felt the numbing shots, and from that point on I was pain free. Literally today is day 3 and I have not had to take any medication. There have been times where I am in the dentist chair and I had to 'raise my arm' for the pain like 5 times. I did not even know it was possible to have a root canal and for the experience to be literally little to no pain at all. Did I mention I was in and out in less than an hour? I have had a root canal appointment take me 3 hours before. This office was clean, organized, very professional, but also friendly at the same time. All I can say is Thank you to Dr. Wong and that I had a great experience for something that is not great at all!November 28, 2016by Rachel Tenorio
