- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Based on past experiences wife called in twice to make sure that insurance we have covers the visit and the lab. Both times she was assured that 'all is covered'. Then, while at the doctor's office, the doctor himself stepped out to check once more on the insurance coverage re-affirming the coverage. Now (a year, or almost a year later) we are receiving bills for that (the only one) visit. The great thing is that wife rejected the additional procedural suggestions that Dr. Copley was making as we would see the bill for those 'extras' now as well. This medical office appears to have some serious gaps somewhere....for what it is worth - just be careful going to Copley! Dr. FrelasAugust 15, 2017by Michael Frelas
