  Today, 10/24/17 I came into Physicians Immediate Care in Elgin and had a wonderful experience! I came in prior to closing and I was welcomed by a nice lady at the front desk, Ana! Ana got me checked in super quick and put in all my information and I didn't wait for more then 10 minutes. I came in to get my ears cleaned after work and Tay was the expert ear specialist that made my hearing come back to life! Tay was extremely nice, knowledge and very good at her job. She constantly made sure I felt comfortable, has a great personality for interacting with patients and did whatever she had to do to make sure she got the job done! Thanks to Tay I have my hearing fully restored to its full potential and i'm really thankful that she was the one to assist me! Dr.Wollin also helped me out by providing helpful everyday tips in maintaining this and making sure it doesn't get neglected for a long time. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff here and will be certainly coming back. I would personally request to have Tay assist you if you can! Thank you Tay and everyone else here I'm super pleased with the care you provided me!

  My experience at Physicians Immediate Care in Elgin have been more than wonderful. I went there after a fall from a flight of stairs back in August of 2016. Lisa and Sharon were really awesome and answered every question I had. I eventually needed surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff and they referred me to a good orthopedic surgeon. Since I felt very comfortable with Physicians Immediate Care, I decided to continue with physical therapy there as well. Best choice I could've made. Sue,Misty,Linda,and Roy really make you feel welcomed there and work at your pace to get you back to 100%. I would definitely recommend PIC to anyone. Great location and friendly staff.

  Staff was nice and Dr. Wollin took his time to listen to me About my symptoms. He even offered to give me referrals to help me find a primary to treat me. Took an hour to be seen but I didn't have an emergency and I was a walk in. Overall I was happy with my visit here.
