- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I started out seeing Dr. Kulsak well her husband since they have the same office and it seemed fine at first. I was asked probably 5 times if I wanted to keep my child, which of course why would I not? after the 5th time of being asked and may I say it was 5 times in just 2 visits I kindly asked for them to stop asking me because the answer was always going to be YES! When I got to the time frame of being able to test for down syndrome or any other disabilities I was asked about 3 times in one day and denied every single time. then as I was leaving I was told by the doctor we will talk more about that test next time I see you. I kindly asked as I left to stop asking me cause I already told you no I don't want the test done. I feel as if they did NOT listen to anything that I said! the staff was always very disrespectful to me at the window! now for being pregnant I know hormones are going crazy but I am not joking when I say they were very rude. finally around 15 weeks maybe I decided to go to a different doctor since I was sick of the way I was being treated. so I requested to have my information sent over to my new doctor and I had to come in to sign paperwork to do so and the lady that handles the billing and filing was the rudest of them all! Which by the way everything that was supposed to be sent over from here to my new doctor was not sent over and I had to get all my ultrasounds and blood work redone because they kept saying they had nothing on file. so that just tells you that they don't even do their job. I am so glad I left this place!!! I will make sure to tell anyone that wants to go here to stay far away for the women that work the window are extremely disrespectful and they don't listen to any of my wishes.
