- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office is located on the third floor of a very clean and well kept building right off of Royal blvd. Small but efficient office. Had some problems with the office staff trying to collect a copay from me even with written confirmation from workers compensation insurance approving the physical. Left the office to visit my attorney. He told me that there is no insurance company in the state of Illinois that pays in advance. Drive back to the office, explained that we have been trying to call along with the insurance adjuster and had been unable to get through or leave a message on the full mailbox the call kept getting redirected to. They have finally agreed to see me and making me wait an additional 1.5 hours after my scheduled appointment. All in all, I guess it could have been worse. Chairs are comfortable. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪..Dr. Quadri and Nurse Nora are two of the nicest, caring, amazing people and doctors. For me personally and I’m sure I’m not alone on this; Both Dr. Quadri and Nurse Nora are both exceptional doctor, they are also much more than that. ( I’m sure than they even realize).. Most of us working in the health industry wanted to save lives, help people. But life happens, and one blink of an eye. We all deep down realize that ( but we all know not to say a word) and most know why.. and this is for anyone, even doctors- You become the patient”, diagnosed across the room, labeled.. and most doctors have become by the book, others, lost part of themselves.. BUT Dr. Quadri, and Nurse Nora.. are the rare doctors, the ones that make us have faith in doctors in what we do...both dr quadri and Nurse Nora, they both helped me to .. see two doctors that still have such a big heart.
